Dynamics is Microsoft's line of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Included under the Dynamics umbrella are the Sure Step software engineering methodology and a number of software development techniques for enhancing Dynamics installations based on the Microsoft stack: SQL Server, SharePoint, and .Net.
