Rights and interests of the villagers in the ethnic rural scenic area based on the case from Xijiang Miao Village, Guizhou.

The land utilization right,social security right,tourism resources usufruct,development right,autonomic right and environment right of the villagers in the ethnic scenic area of Xijiang Miao Village,Guizhou were investigated by the questionaire sampling survey and on-site interview to discuss the rights and interests of the villagers in the ethnic scenic area of Xijiang Miao Village,Guizhou.The results showed that there were many problems of the unreasonable land expropriation compensatory approach,imprefected social security system,partly leakage in tourism resources profit,incompletely realized development right,incomplete villagers,autonomic right and environment right.The countermeasure and suggestion for harmony and sustainable development of the ethnic rural scenic area were proposed by analyzing the effects of tourism development on the part rights and interests of the villagers in the ethnic rural scenic area.
