Abstract

This work presents a low power fourth order switched capacitor filter for cardiac pacemaker sensing channel. In order to reduce more power, a special designed switched opamp is included in the filter. The switched capacitor filter is designed by the biquad technique. The sampling frequency is 1 kHz and the passband is between 10 Hz and 80 Hz. The total power consumption of the switched capacitor filter is 540 nW. The circuit is designed and simulated in the TSMC 0.25 um 1P5M CMOS process under 1V supply voltage.
