Abstract

A summary of the laser ranging tO Etalon geodynamics satellites at Shanghai Observatory, which were launched by USSR in 1989, is presented in this paper. Totally 73 passes have been obtained from April to December, 1990. A maximum of 4256 ranging data has been recorded in one pass. In general those satellites with a range of over 20000km can be easily measured by our laser ranging system.
