Abstract

The 2240 MW(t) SC/C site specific safety assessment is presented in the form of a summary report emphasizing highlights of the dominant risk results along with comparisons to national safety goals and previous HTGR studies. This report is the latest in a series of HTGR safety studies including accident initiation and progression analyses, fire studies, investment risk assessments, and quantitative safety goal proposals.
