Abstract

Rate equations of two-segment absorptive bistable semiconductor lasers, adopted by Kuznetsov, have been studied. The explicit analytical solutions of the rate equations have been deduced. As a result, expressions of operation Parameters of the lasers have been obtained under various circumstances.
