Abstract

Green Growth is a concept that emphasizes the development of synergies between economic development and environmental sustainability. South Korea is very committed in promoting Green Growth as evidenced by the establishment of the Law which known as the 'Framework Act on Low Carbon Green Growth' and set a national strategy through the Green New Deal and the Five Years Plan. The success of South Korea since the implementation of Green Growth in South Korea in 2008 proved that South Korea was able to compete with other developed countries to become one of the 'Green Power'. Keywords : Green Growth, Low Carbon Green Growth, Green New Deal, Five Years Plan
