Abstract
A solid waste utilization system which will process 8000 tons solid waste/day is discussed. The system will recover metals and produce combustible gases which will be used to fire steam generators used to produce electricity. Waste collection and transport schemes and plant design are discussed. The system will provide an environmentally sound economic system to use the materials available in the solid-waste stream.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
