A phase control system for the F.E.L. portion of Two-Beam Accelerator is proposed. The control keeps the phase error within acceptable bounds. The control mechanism is analyzed, both analytically in a "resonant particle" approximation and numerically in a multiparticle simulation code.Sensitivity of phase errors to the F.E.L. parameters has been noticed.l.
