Regulatory Matters: The Bribery Act 2010

This chapter presents the regulatory regime aimed at prevent bribery and corruption. It discusses offences which might be committed under the Bribery Act 2010, how these are determined and how to avoid them. Provisions of the Bribery Act are particularly important in the context of the construction industry, where use of contactors, subcontractors and joint ventures is very common.
