컨벤션 참가동기, 개최지속성, 만족 및 재참가 의도간의 영향관계

The purpose of this study is to examine the choice of convention site as the participant who attend in convention practically, not a professional planner; that is, this study intend to find out whether the motive of attending at convention influence the attributes of convention site, satisfaction and intention to re-attend or not. To achieve this aim, the hypothesis which based on the existing result of the study on the motive of attending at convention, the attributes of convention site, satisfaction and intention to re-attend is made up and to verify this substantially, I surveyed the questions which 305 participants answered. The following is the summary on the result of this study. First, in the relations between the motive of participation in convention and the attributes of convention site, the motive of professional knowledge, deviation, the research of regional characteristics and amity among a lot on the attributes of convention site like we expected. Second, in the influential relations between the attributes of convention site and the satisfaction, the five factors that is approaches, convenience, attraction and variety influence satisfaction. On the other hand, the expenses don't influence satisfaction. Third, in the influential relations between satisfaction and intention to re-attend, the fulfillment of expectations and needs and the emotion of convention site have a good influence like we expected. Therefore this study showed that the motive of attending at convention influences the attributes of convention site, the attributes of convention site influenced satisfaction and satisfaction influenced the intention to re-attend, but the expenses according to the attributes of convention site don't influence satisfaction at all. The limitations of this study is following : First, the motive of attending at convention was surveyed by some researchers but the theoretical system isn't still enough until now, specially the importance of the study that related convention was recognized but a practical organization isn't made yet.
