Abstract

Abstract Pipeline cathodic protection has been used effectively by P.T. Caltex Pacific Indonesia to prevent corrosion damage to oil pipelines. This paper will describe types and methods of installation, system performance, and operational considerations for pipeline cathodic protection systems for above ground, buried, and underwater environments.
