Abstract

Flexibility is a model of labour market policy initiated in Denmark. This strategy includes the liberalisation of labour laws and the spread of more flexible forms of employment. This model integrates the increased flexibility of employment with a simultaneous enhancement of employee security. The article presents the flexicurity model and attempts to assess its implementation in the Polish labour market. (original abstract)
