Abstract

Abstract : This report describes in detail the research performed during the second year of a project to develop a complete personnel system for selecting and classifying all entry level enlisted personnel. Its purpose is to document, in the context of the annual report, a variety of technical papers associated with the project. In general, the second year's activities have emphasized the evaluation of the validity and fairness of existing prediction and criterion measures, and the development and initial testing of improved methods of predicting and measuring performance.
