Abstract

Enterprises across China seek to gain the benefits of electronic business, but very few of their electronic commerce (EC) initiatives have been successful to date. With the development of the Internet and technology, many enterprises begin to use electronic commerce to optimize their organization and process, so how to select electronic commerce business models is a key problem. Now there is a growing interest in the use of EC as a means to perform business transactions. For many businesses, it has become a priority. Through using EC, companies are able to connect with their trading partners for just in time production "and just in time delivery", which improves their competitiveness globally.
