Abstract

Computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) is an important topic and has received much attention recently. The CSCW-based technology has been applied to enterprise management, business process, automation, cooperative scientific research and so on. In this paper, the CSCW system and its applications are introduced. The architecture of the CSCW system is proposed. An organizational decision support system (ODSS) by using the CSCW-based technology is studied. The architecture of the CSCW-based ODSS is presented. Finally, the implementation of ODSS in manufacturing enterprise is described.
