Abstract

We report results on ultrafast dynamics of holes in GaAs measured using well synchronized femtosecond pulses at near-infrared and mid-infrared wavelengths which are available from a recently developed broadly tunable femtosecond optical parametric oscillator (OPO) pumped by a mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser.
