Abstract

\ISpecifications for Masonry Structure (AC1530.1-88/ASCE6-88)\N is a joint effort of the American Concrete Institute and the American Society of Civil Engineers. It is concerned with the quality, inspection, testing and placement of the materials. Topics such as compressive strength requirement; quality assurance; reinforcement and metal accessories; grout proportioning and mixing; and masonry construction are covered. With this publication, the Architect/Engineer has a Reference Standard which he may cite in Contract Documents for any project.
