Abstract

Abstract Monoclonal antibodies are populations of identical, monospecific antibodies with defined specificity and affinity for a target antigen. The design of preclinical safety evaluation of monoclonal antibodies is based on the class of monoclonal, the target epitope, and the clinical indication. This article focuses on preclinical safety evaluation of monoclonal antibodies.
