Abstract
In this report, current estimates are presented for US and world nonrenewable energy sources. The data are presented in summary form due to space limitations. The full power, available on request from the authors, presents full details of the resource estimates. US fossil fuel resources are reported as of December 1977. However, for the summary world resource tables, 1976 US data were used to be consistent with the latest estimates available for other world areas.
