Abstract
In designing an operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) with a certain specification, a mathematical estimation of voltage gain will be very helpful in estimating the right value of each device size, before the designer start simulating the design. This paper made a mathematical estimation of an operational transconductance amplifier voltage gain. The mathematical estimation has been compared with the SPICE simulation results for five corner cases, and gives a satisfying result.
