Abstract

Abstract : The efficient management of Navy officer personnel manpower resources requires complete and explicit information to achieve the correlation of officer inventory to billet requirements. The objective of the research is to provide recommendations for the refinement of the Navy officer classification coding system in order to improve the Navy officer personnel system.
