Abstract
This paper employs comprehensive comparative advantage index, one of the quantitative analysis methods of the comparative advantage theory, to design and implement the “System for the Analysis of Comparative Advantages of Regional Grain Production” through computer and network technologies with an aim to provide agricultural macroeconomic researchers and policy makers with fast access to the comparative advantage indices and information analysis related to major regional grain production to fully exploit the potential value of agricultural economic information.
