Abstract
File server는 local communication network을 통해 연결된 computer에 file에 관한 service를 제공하는 utility이다. 이러한 file server는 client system의 설계자가 자신이 원하는 대로 system을 설계할 수 있도록, multiple file directory와 access management 기능을 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용한 분산 처리 시스템하에서의 file server를 설계하고 구현하였다.
