Abstract

Os autores estudaram a acao do Praziquantel em caes, na dose de 5 mg/kg de peso corporal, na atuacao sobre formas adultas e imatura de Echinococcus granulosus obtendo 100% de reducao. Reacoes adversas e intolerância ao medicamento nao foram observadas. Abstract The authors studied the action of Praziquantel in dogs, using dosis of 5 mg/kg body weight and observed 100% efficacy in immatures and adults forms of Echinococcus granulosus . Intolerance and adverses reactions were not observed in treated dogs.
