Report on the 1st Conference on Recent Tax Treaty Case Law, European Tax College, the Netherlands

On 20 October 2010, a conference on 'recent tax treaty case law' was organized by the European Tax College and was held at the premises of TilburgUniversity, the Netherlands. This conference highlighted nine recent tax treaty cases decided by courts in various jurisdictions and focused on four main themes in tax treaty law. This contribution provides a brief report on the main topics discussed during the conference.
