Abstract
Report presenting a study made to evaluate the effect of pressure recovery on the performance of a typical jet engine and a typical jet-propelled fighter airplane. Results regarding the efficiency parameters for air-induction systems, effect of ram-recovery ratio on the performance of a turbojet engine, and the effect of ram-recovery ratio on the performance of a turbojet airplane are provided.
