Towards a measurement of $\phi_3$

Abstract
Results on the decays $B^{-} \\to D_{CP}K^{-}$, $\\bar{B^{0}} \\to D^{(*)0}\\bar{K}^{(*)0}$, $B^{0} \\to D^{*\\mp}\\pi^{\\pm}$ and their charge conjugates using data collected at the $\\Upsilon(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric $e^{+}e^{-}$ storage ring are reported. The implications for the determination of the weak phase $\\phi_{3}$ are discussed.
