Abstract
The Automotive industry in India is one of the largest in the world and of the fastest growing globally. India manufactures over Eleven Million vehicles (including two wheeler and four wheeler) and exports about one and half million every year. The study is development of industries depends on several factors such of financial personal, technology, quality of the product and marketing. Objectives of the study, 1. To find out multivariate formula for a measurement of the financial health of selective Automobile Industries and 2. To analysis the future growth and development of the selective automobile industries in India. Methodology of the study, The study carried out here is an Analytical Research. The secondary data collection was adopted in this study. Data has been collected from secondary sources. Researcher have selected top five automobile industries in India. The companies are 1. Honda Siel Cars India Ltd, 2. Ford India Ltd 3. Hindustan Motors Ltd, 4. Hyundai Motor India Ltd and 5. Maruti. Important findings of the study, There is a positive correlation between Current Asset and Debt Equity Ratio except Ford India. Conclude this study, It is confined only during few periods the companies shows negative trends otherwise it reflects profitability on a whole. The management shall concentrate to avoid entering the grey zone, which reveals the position of the firms may reflect different scenario.
