Abstract

Applying the dynamical coherent potential approximation to a simple model, we have theoretically studied the transport properties of diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMS). The present result for Ga1−xMnxAs with x = 0.05 suggests that three types of carrier conduction are possible according to the carrier density n.
