Abstract
Abstract : The report consists of four sections and two appendices. Section 1 presents the background of the work accomplished and the organization of the report. Section 2 describes the structure, records, data elements and existing data used to implement the concept presented in Volume I. Section 3 describes the hardware, systems software and the programs developed to build and exercise the data base specified in Section II. Section 4 contains the recommendations which should be implemented in the final data base. Appendix A describes the formats of the magnetic tapes and systems control cards used by the programs described in Section 3. Appendix B contains the instructions to operate the programs described in Section 2.
