Introduction: the nature of equity. Part 1 Trust: the concpet of a trust creating a trust secret and half secret trusts, mutual wills completely and incompletely constituted trusts resulting trusts constructive trusts, protective trusts trusts and the home void and voidable trusts charitable trusts failure of charitable gifts, administration of charities purpose trusts trusts and powers. Part 2 Trustees: trustees - appointment, retirement, removal and control, fiduciary nature of trusteeship duties of trustees - the trust property, the beneficiaries powers of trustees trust, trustees and commerce variation of trusts breach of trust. Part 3 Equitable doctrines and remedies: the equitable doctrines injunctions equitable remedies - specific performance, rescission and rectificatoin undue influence, abuse of confidence the equitable maxims. Appendices: examinations in equity adn trusts examination questions.
