Abstract
A solution to the computer telephony integration (CTI) application system based on TAPI3.X was provided, and its design principle and implementation process were described in detail. The study was focused on the principle analysis of TAPI and TAPI3.x applications. The system has been put into use and is running well. Practical operation has proved the rationality of system design and the feasibility of the solution.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
