Abstract

Title: Extramammary Paget’s disease of the scrotum Abstract Extramammary Paget’s disease (EMPD) is an uncommon intraephitelial tumor, arising most frequently on the vulva and the perianal region, and less frequently on the male genitalia. A 74-year old man consulted with a history of a pruritic erythematous skin rash of the scrotum of four months duration. Physical examination showed a sharply demarcated erythematous lesion involving the scrotum. Histological examination disclosed extramammary Paget´s disease with inguinal metastasis (Dermatol Argent 2010;16 Supl 2:15-18). Key words: extramammary Paget´s disease of scrotum; extramammary Paget´s disease.
