Open publisher page 5 citations

Abstract

Abstract Melting points of chlorinated polyethylenes (CPE) of varying chlorine contents have been measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Linear correlations are found between the chlorine content and the melting points. Deviations from theoretical values predicted by FLORY's theory on the melting point depression of random ethylene copolymers are discussed.
