Abstract
In an earlier paper, a proposal was made for a classification system for components of steel structures. This enhances and concludes that report, which was also published in Industrie-Anzeiger. Additional guidelines and coding criteria for the system are presented. A completion code is explained and a sample drawing of a structural steel component with specifications is illustrated.
