Abstract
In order to study paths to realize the sustainable development of ecotourism, this paper took Heilongjiang province as an example, and discusses the problems of present eco-tourism development in Heilongjiang province, And then puts forward four paths: plan as a whole tourism resources, cultivating tourism talents, pay attention to scattered customer, establishing and perfecting relevant laws and regulations.
