This paper introduces an authenticated linguist Fiqh study in the field of Indication its meaning, categories and the conditions of its use as well as its shows the ways of clarifying it to get benefit towards having base of Fatwa formal legal opinion of the adults` deep and guides jurisprudence to solve the problems among quarrels. It also shows that according to legists, evidence is used for what includes and guidance, where it leads to certainty or doubt. It also shows the contradiction in indications that clarify the objective where it doesn't absolutely ignore the weakest. But it may depend on it from the point of occurring speech use. It also shows the occurring and continuity in the indication explaining the objective isn't based on its strength in the point of its independence only, but its refers to the context or the continuous use or the degree of syntax agreement and so on. The paper emphasizes that interest and bad effects are important factors to clarify the non-verbal indications.
