An account of the species of the genus Lecanosticta found on pines in Nuevo Leon is presented.Lecanosticta longispora, a fungus collected on Pinus culminicola, is described as a new species.A Nomenciator and a key for identification of species of Lecanosticta occurring in Nuevo Leon are also provided.
