Abstract

This study was designed to measure the inhibition effect of 5 kinds of concentrations of 7 new fungicides with 0.625-10 g/L on Mycospharella melonis by growth speed rate. The results indicated that the inhibition effect of biological fungicide ZH was the strongest, whose inhibition rate with middle concentration 10-1.25 g/L on Mycospharella melonis was 100%.In the test, the inhibition rate with the lowest concentration 0.625 g/L reached 89.85% and followed by Puhaiyin. The inhibition rate of both fungicides reached over 90% when their concentration was 10-25 g/L.Mycospharella melonis pathogen were in high concentration.Based on the spss data, the proper order of the effective element EC50 of the 7 kinds of fungicides were as follows:Thipanale MethylXiumisoCarben dazimKresoxim methylFenarimolZHRovra, among which Thiphanate Methyl 2.507 μg/mL was the highest one,the lowest was Rovral.
