Abstract
The interaction and correlation of heavy metal(As,Cd and Pb) compound pollution in soil-flue-cured tobacco system were studied through pot experiments. The results indicated that: in the soil polluted by these three kinds of heavy metal, the plant height, leaf number and biomass of flue-cured tobacco were all lower than those of the check, and the decrease in the biomass of tobacco plant in various treatments exhibited the following sequence: As+Cd+PbCd+PbAs+PbAs+CdAsPbCd.Cd had stronger mobile ability in tobacco plants than As and Pb.The content of both Pb and As in the soil was consistent with the accumulation of Cd in tobacco plants. The Cd content in the soil had an antagonistic effect on the accumulation of Pb in tobacco plants. As and Pb in the soil could occur deposition and passivation. The content of As and Cd in tobacco plants showed significant or very significant correlation with the content of As and Cd in the soil, while the Pb content in tobacco plants not only showed very significant correlation with the Pb content in the soil, but also revealed significant correlation with the As content in the soil.
