Abstract

Experiments conducted on dogs show that the rumoval of lymphoid organs complicates the course of radiation sickness following x irradiation in the dose of 400 r. The weakening of the function of the reticuloendothelial system played the main role in the decrease of the organism's resistance to the action of ionizing radiation. (auth)
