Analysis of spatial distribution of residential land price in Wuhan city based on GIS.

Abstract
The central region of Wuhan city was researched in the article.Based on the residential land price transaction data from 2008 to 2011 and the support by ArcGIS9.3,the spatial interpolation analysis was used to get residential land price distribution information and contour maps,and to analyze the spatial distribution of residential land price.The results showed that the spatial distribution of residential land price in the central region of Wuhan had significant differences,and its high value area was mainly located at the center of the city;there was stronger consistency between high value area of residential land price and commercial center.The conclusions reflected the distribution law of residential land price in the central region of Wuhan,and could provide a reference for the study of other types of land price.
