Abstract

A Escherichia coli ZB9,which isolated from calf in Zunyi, was detected as a enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli throuth the assay of physiological and biochemistry,Southern blotting,PCR detecting, immunological and biological toxin.Analysis showed that it was similar with the LT enterotoxin Escherichia coli strains from human or pig origin.
