외국 항공사 종사원의 근무부서간 차이에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to look into the interdepartmental difference of foreign airlines’ employee. First of all, the difference between a ground crew and a cabin crew is that rest of the factors of a cabin crew excepting the autonomy of task turned out to be higher than a ground crew. Second, the difference of the members of ground crew and cabin crew of ground crew appeared to be higher than cabin crew in every aspect. Third, the difference of job satisfaction of ground crew and cabin crew of ground crew showed up to be higher than cabin crew except the growth. Lastly, the difference of the intention of changing job, the factor of working environment appeared cabin crew to be higher, and the overall organization factor showed ground crew to be higher.
