Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the extraction process of Hyperoside from Houttuynia cordata. [Method] The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize extraction conditions, and chromatography method was used to determine the content of active substance in extracts, the extraction rate was calculated. [Result] The solvent concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times have significant influences to the purity and extraction rate of Hyperoside. Effect of each factor in order was:extraction times extraction temperature extraction time solvent concentration. [Conclusion] The optimum extraction conditions were:solvent concentration 80%, liquid mass ratio 1∶10, extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction time 2 h, with 3 times repetition.
