The necessity of applying the spatial approach while investigating the features of natural-economic systems is founded. The main factors of forming the natural-economic system needed to replenish backlogs and stocks of economic resources to meet the needs of national and regional reproduction are defined. It is constructed a matrix of relations of major components of natural-economic systems to specify the basic interacting components. It is revealed the subject content of natural-economic systems development in spatial economics.
