Abstract
This report reviews youth labour market developments in the Russian Federation over the past few years and assesses existing policies and programmes for youth employment. It suggests a number of short- and medium- term measures that the government may consider in its endeavours to tackle the youth employment crisis. The main messages stemming from the review are briefly highlighted in this executive summary.
