Abstract

ABS>A complex coincidence gamma spectrometer operating without Compton background or with considerably attenuated background is described. The rapid coincidence scheme eliminates the total cascade energy peak resulting in an improved spectral resolving power. A feasibility of separating triple cascade gamma quanta by gamma spectrometer using two counters is discussed. (tr-auth)
