Abstract

The results of the toxicity test in laboratory showed that Azoxystrobin and Hexaconazole could be mixed at the ratio of 2∶3,1∶2 or 1∶3,and its EC50 and SR50 against Rhizoctonia solani were 0.00791 μg/mL and 1.55 respectively, when they were mixed in the proportion of 1∶2.The results of field test revealed that the 3 treatments of applying 24% Azoxystrobin·Hexaconazole SC at the dose of 375 mL/hm2 or 450 mL/hm2,and 24% Thifluzamide SC at the dose of 360 mL/hm2 had no significant difference in control effect against Rhizoctonia solani, but their control effects were significantly different from those of the treatments of applying 24% Azoxystrobin·Hexaconazole SC at the dose of 300 mL/hm2,10% Hexaconazole SC at the dose of 750 mL/hm2,and 250 g/L Azoxystrobin SC at the dose of 375 mL/hm2.The control effect of 24% Azoxystrobin·Hexaconazole SC at the dose of 375~450 mL/hm2(recommended dose) was similar to that of 24% Thifluzamide SC at the dose of 360 mL/hm2,but the former not only had low cost and high cost performance, but also could control false smut and rice blast. The application of 24% Azoxystrobin·Hexaconazole SC at the proper dosage was safe to rice plants, and could promote the leaf greening and growth of rice.
